To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your country of residence. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Use of Services

You may only use our services in accordance with applicable law and for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or software.

  • Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

  • Exploit our services for abuse, harassment, or malicious activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, software, content, models, trademarks, and branding are owned by or licensed to DreamCache ᴬᴵ Ltd.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services for permitted purposes.

You retain ownership of any original content you create using our tools. We claim no ownership over your input data or outputs unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. AI and Data Usage

We use artificial intelligence to provide outputs based on user prompts. You acknowledge:

  • Your inputs may be used to improve service performance (unless otherwise agreed).

  • We do not train our models on sensitive or identifiable user data without your explicit written consent.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs comply with laws and do not contain personal data unless anonymised or permitted under data protection regulations.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

If you are a user located outside the UK, we comply with applicable international data protection frameworks, including the EU GDPR and relevant cross-border transfer mechanisms.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of our platform may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms as displayed during checkout.

Payments are securely processed via our third-party payment providers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription unless required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

DreamCache ᴬᴵ Ltd. may integrate with external APIs, platforms, or plugins. We are not liable for any issues caused by third-party services or content. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client-provided information as confidential and will not disclose or use such information outside the scope of service delivery unless legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, DreamCache ᴬᴵ Ltd. shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
